Contacting NCPA

Sent out 2 emails, pm'd some associated with NCPA since raehl doesn't accept pm's. Trying to contact about some info on being eligible to try and receive a bid in Class A next semester and etc. I have had absolutely no luck contacting anybody. Any help is greatly appreciated as the questions I have are time sensitive!!!
