New NCPA Team Need Help With League Requirements

So my players must make a APPA account? Do they need to pay for something on there to compete in Class AA? Also how many tournaments do we have to do and which ones are we required to do. I don't find it possible for our team to make all the tournaments at all the schools. How do the tournament requirements work basically?
